The Evolve Run Ring System Kit Plus (+) is a versatile carp fishing system designed for both free-running and semi-fixed lead setups. Its innovative design allows anglers to switch between the two configurations without cutting or disconnecting the mainline.
In semi-fixed mode, the Run Ring is secured onto the retaining bead. The Plus (+) version provides firmer retention and is recommended for leads weighing 85 g or more. Under sufficient pressure, the Run Ring can disengage from the bead, allowing the system to become free-running while the lead remains attached.
For a free-running setup, the Running Sleeve is positioned between the bead and the Run Ring, preventing the ring from locking onto the bead. The sleeve can be added or removed to change the configuration without cutting the line.
The angled Run Ring design supports controlled lead positioning during casting, while the tapered components help guide and protect the connection. The system can be configured for use with leaders, mainlines or anti-tangle tubing.
