Orders are shipped using Omniva parcel lockers.

Shipping Costs

Latvia

  • Free delivery for orders from €50
  • Delivery fee applies for orders below €50

Lithuania

  • Free delivery for orders from €70
  • Delivery fee applies for orders below €70

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Latvia: 1–3 business days
  • Lithuania: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may occasionally vary during holidays, high-demand periods or due to courier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Parcel Collection

Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from the selected parcel locker within the storage period specified by Omniva.

Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure all shipping information is entered correctly before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and products.
