The Evolve In-Line Run Ring System Kit is designed to convert compatible In-Line carp fishing leads into a system that transitions from semi-fixed to free-running under sufficient pressure. The lead initially provides resistance to support self-hooking, while the release mechanism allows it to slide freely once the swivel disengages from its retaining position. The lead remains attached rather than being automatically discarded.
The system features two swivel retention positions within the same insert. The Minus (−) position provides lower retention resistance and is generally recommended for leads up to 85 g. The Plus (+) position provides firmer retention and is recommended for heavier leads. This allows anglers to select the appropriate retention level according to lead weight and fishing conditions.
The insert features trimming marks to adjust its length for different In-Line leads. For correct assembly, the insert should extend no more than 5 mm above the lead. The system is designed for use with Evolve In-Line leads and other compatible models, provided the insert fits correctly.
The lead can be unscrewed and removed from the system for storage, transport or replacement without dismantling the complete rig. The system supports configurations using a leader, mainline or anti-tangle tubing, subject to correct assembly and component compatibility.
