Evolve Drop Off In-Line Double Ring Swivels are size 8 swivels designed for compatible In-Line lead systems. Each swivel features a rotating body and a double-ring connection, providing attachment points for components within the rig. Unlike QC swivels, this model does not feature an open quick-change hooklink connection.
The swivels feature a full steel construction and a dark, matte, non-reflective finish. Evolve specifies their use with its In-Line Drop Off systems and In-Line Run Ring System. Correct fit with the selected insert and other rig components is essential for the intended operation.
The double-ring connection does not independently determine whether the lead is released or retained. This depends on the complete In-Line system and its assembly. The steel construction also allows the swivels to be handled using the magnetic picking tool on Evolve Rig Scissors.
