The 4Carpers Ready Leader with Evolve Run Ring System "-" is a ready-made carp fishing leader designed for semi-fixed and free-running lead setups. Built with Evolve components and 78 cm of OMC 40 lb lead-free leader material, it allows anglers to switch between the two configurations without cutting or re-tying the leader.
In the semi-fixed configuration, the Run Ring is held on the specially designed "-" Bead. The connection is designed to release under relatively low force when used with leads weighing up to 3 oz (approximately 85 g). The "-" Bead can also be used with heavier leads when a more sensitive transition to free-running is preferred.
For a free-running setup, the Running Sleeve covers the bead's retaining ribs, preventing the Run Ring from locking into place. This allows the lead to move freely along the leader.
The angled Run Ring and tapered upper section are designed to support smooth positioning of the components during casting.
