The 4Carpers Heli Leader System – Base Version is a ready-made helicopter leader designed for carp fishing. It provides a practical foundation for a helicopter setup, allowing anglers to choose their preferred hooklink and lead.
The system is assembled using a fast-sinking, 40 lb lead-free spliceable leader. Its sliding helicopter bead arrangement allows the hooklink's movement range to be adjusted to suit different lakebed conditions and fishing situations.
In this Base Version configuration, the lead is attached using a Quick Link connector, without a dedicated lead-release mechanism. The helicopter system is designed so that, in the event of a mainline breakage, the hooklink swivel and ring can slide over the leader's upper connection and off the leader, allowing the fish to separate from the broken setup.
The leader is supplied fully assembled. Connect it to your mainline or shock leader, attach your chosen hooklink and lead, and add your preferred hookbait.
System Construction:
- Fast-sinking, 40 lb lead-free spliceable leader
- Quick Link connector for lead attachment
- Quick Change swivel with an additional ring for hooklink connection
- Sliding helicopter bead system with buffer components for adjusting hooklink movement
Component manufacturers may vary depending on availability while maintaining the intended system configuration and functionality.
Technical Details:
Length: 75 cm
Leader breaking strain: 40 lb
